Workshop on self-esteem through self-image

Elsa and Angie, family peer helpers at Arborescence, present an original workshop tailor-made for loved ones in mental health to better equip them with self-esteem.  They demystify the difference between self-confidence and self-esteem, offer us tools for self-assessment as well as day-to-day tips for maintaining self-esteem as a caregiver.
