About the event
Drawing your Tree of Life is a creative workshop that invites you to revisit your personal story in order to give it another meaning. The metaphor of the tree makes it possible to represent different aspects of one's life, highlighting one's values, resources and aspirations. It thus becomes possible to distance oneself from the problem experienced in order to connect with its strengths and become the author of one's own life again.
