Our board of directors, made up of 9 members, ensures the strategic direction of the organization, its sustainability, its growth, its ability to take into account the interests of all stakeholders and ensures risk management.

We are pleased to have among us Carol Ladouceur, vice-president who assumes the presidency for 2024-2025. Julie Blouin treasurer, Martine Jacob secretary. And finally our dear administrators Annette Robyns, Pascal Beauchesne, Elena Beaulieu, Claudia Lépine, Laura Fitzaback and Dominique Décarie.

Carol Ladouceur
Président
Carol holds a bachelor's and master's degree in criminology, as well as an MBA from HEC Montréal.
She has been a lecturer and coordinator of a longitudinal study at the University of Montréal following 800 adolescents aged 16 to 30.
An educator in a youth center for young offenders, including murderers, she then worked as a clinical counselor, service quality manager, and director of professional services.
In 2015, during the network reform, she became director of the mental health, addiction, and homelessness program at the CISSS de Laval.
Since her retirement in 2021, she has been conducting administrative investigations and sitting on five boards of directors: Arborescence, Les Logis Rose-Virginie, the Carpe Diem transition house, L'Îlot (crisis and suicide prevention center), and the Roger-Roy Foundation.

Élena Beaulieu
Administrator
With over 15 years of experience in Quebec's innovation ecosystem, including six years in social innovation, Élena has developed expertise in financing strategy and social impact project management.
Her career has led her to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative, inclusive solutions tailored to contemporary socio-ecological issues.

Julie Blouin
Treasurer
A tax lawyer for over 25 years, Julie Blouin helps Canadian companies optimize their tax structures in Canada and internationally.
Always on the lookout for legislative changes, she combines technical expertise, agility, and creativity to support companies that are expanding or looking to reduce their tax burden in order to better invest in their projects.

Martine Jacob
Secretary
Martine holds a master's degree in public administration and has worked for 35 years in the health and social services network, holding various management positions in finance, IT, and technical services.
She now assists organizations with process review, management consulting, and financial administration.
A committed mother, she has also volunteered her time working with children and families in schools and community settings.

Annette Robyns
Administrator
After a long career in Belgium, divided between teaching and political life in ministerial offices, Annette moved to Montreal nearly nine years ago.
A graduate of the AQRP's Family Peer Support training program, she has been collaborating for two years on a research project with Laval University on the contribution of family peer support workers to the loved ones of people with Alzheimer's disease or other age-related neurodegenerative disorders.

Pascal Beauchesne
Administrator
With a background in sociology, Pascal has been working since 2015 as a health, regional, and social projects manager at Numana, a catalyst for social and technological innovation ecosystems.
He also sits on the boards of directors of the AGES Foundation and the organization Un et Un Font Mille.

Claudia Lépine
Administrator specializing in human resources
Claudia works to humanize the world of work by placing mental health and well-being at the heart of human resources practices. She aspires to create healthy environments where people can thrive.
As Director of Talent & Culture at Nexus Innovations and founder of the Douceurh community, she brings together professionals around values of connection and conscious leadership to bring about lasting change in organizational culture.

Dominique Décarie
Administrator
With over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment and leadership consulting, Dominique is president of DÉCARIE TRANSEARCH, a firm she founded to meet the evolving governance needs of organizations and support them in attracting and retaining key talent.
Highly socially engaged, she is actively involved with organizations working to improve the well-being of people in vulnerable situations. She has served on the boards of directors of the Marie-Vincent Foundation, the Marie-Vincent Center of Expertise, and the YWCA of Montreal. She holds a degree in corporate governance from the Collège des administrateurs at Laval University.

Laura Fitzback
Administrator
Passionate about public affairs, Laura is known for her strong organizational skills and political acumen. Having held several positions in the Quebec public service, she has a deep understanding of Quebec's political and administrative bodies, combined with a range of skills such as strategic writing and press event organization. Before joining TACT in 2023, she was part of the public affairs team at the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), where her career was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic

Laura holds a bachelor's degree in public communication, a certificate in professional writing, and a certificate
in political science from Laval University.
