About the event
Bill P-38 is the Act respecting the protection of persons whose mental state presents a danger to themselves or others.It allows a person to be temporarily deprived of their liberty if their mental state presents a danger to themselves or others.. Our conference explores the issues relating to legal recourse and exceptional measures. We will look at the different phases of the psychiatric evaluation request process as well as the potential impacts on the relationship.
