Support group: spouses

This support group aims to encourage the sharing of experiences, situations or common problems and facilitates/enables mutual assistance between spouses who are caregivers of a person living with a mental health disorder. Participation is voluntary and breaks isolation. It is led by a peer family caregiver and a speaker, the experiential experience is thus at the heart of the discussions.
