Young adult support group (18-29 years old)

As part of our services for young people close to someone with a mental health disorder, “T'as Ta Place” has set up support groups funded by the Aire Ouverte de l'Est. 🤝💬

The goal of these groups? To offer a safe and caring space where you can share experiences, challenges and find support from other young people and experienced workers. 🌈💡 Participation is voluntary and aims to break isolation while emphasizing experiential experience at the heart of the discussions. 🗣️✨We have already organized two groups that were greatly appreciated by the participants. Participating in a support group when you are a young person close to you is like finding a safe corner where you can share your challenges and emotions, without judgment.
