About the event
The self-help group aims to promote the sharing of common experiences, situations or problems and facilitates/allows mutual aid between relatives of teenagers living with mental health problems. Participation is voluntary and breaks the isolation. It is led by a peer family helper and a counsellor, the lived experience is thus at the heart of the exchanges.
