These support groups aim to encourage the sharing of experiences, situations or common problems and facilitate/enable mutual assistance between siblings, parents, children, spouses or other members of a person's entourage. person living with a mental health disorder. Participation is voluntary and breaks isolation. These groups are led by a peer family caregiver and a worker, so the experiential experience is at the heart of the discussions.
