About the event
These support groups aim to encourage the sharing of experiences, situations or common problems and facilitate/enable mutual assistance between siblings, parents, children, spouses or other members of the entourage of a person living with a mental health disorder. Participation is voluntary and breaks isolation. It is led by a family caregiver peer(s) and a worker, the experiential experience is thus at the heart of the discussions.
