Thematic evening: anxiety among young people

The support group aims to encourage the sharing of experiences, situations or common problems and facilitates/enables mutual assistance between loved ones of teenagers living with mental health disorders. Participation is voluntary and breaks isolation. It is led by a peer family caregiver and a speaker, the experiential experience is thus at the heart of the discussions.
