INDIVIDUAL, COUPLE OF FAMILY FOLLOW-UP
Arborescence members have access to personalized meetings with a psychosocial worker to talk about the challenges of helping a loved one that is struggling with mental health issues. The goal of this service is to help our members take a step back and better evaluate their situation and change their perspective about themselves and the future. Psychosocial support also allows friends and family members of a senior living with mental health issues to identify their own needs, the strengths of their loved one and to explore the possibilities to facilitate their day-to-day. Focused on empowerment, this service offers tools to help the members face their situation and regain their place in their relationship with their loved one.
