About the event

As part of our services for young people close to someone with a mental health disorder, “T'as Ta Place” has set up new support groups financed by the Aire Ouverte de l'Est. 🤝💬

The objective of these groups? offer a safe and caring space where you can share experiences, challenges and find support from other young people and experienced workers and peer helpers. 🌈💡 Participation is voluntary and aims to break isolation while emphasizing the experiential experience at the heart of the exchanges. 🗣️✨ Participating in a support group when you are a young loved one is like finding a safe place where you can share your challenges and your emotions, without judgment. It gives you the opportunity to meet other young people like you, who understand what you're going through. Together you/we can find practical solutions and support each other.

The first group is on April 30 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in person at Arborescence. It doesn't commit you in any way, you can just come for the first time and see if you like this format!

Group accessibility conditions:

🌱 be 25 years old or younger ✨ be close to someone who deals with a mental health disorder 📌 be able to go to our premises in Montreal, opposite the Beaudry metro station If you want to take part in this group, we would be there delighted and we invite you to register, we will get back to you very quickly with additional information! 😊
